• Within the platform: Volunteer profiles (name, skills, availability) are visible to other registered users. Need requests are visible to all registered users. Contact information is only shared with parties directly involved in fulfilling a need.
• Church administrators: Designated administrators of The Father's House Community Services may access user information to coordinate volunteer activities and manage the platform.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
• Safety: We may share information when we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
